I've been doing Spoof news and celeb stories for a couple of years now and can honestly say that this is better than most I've read. (Erm...including mine...)
There are a number of Spoof websites which will publish this type of material.
There isn't usually any money in it, but it gets you out to a wider audience and there's always the additional feedback.
There are editors to deal with, so you wouldn't quite have the same freedom as a blog in some cases, but they're usually pretty helpful. And most will run a link to your blog - again, greater exposure.
