Adrian Chiles is on the telly again. On the football. Tonight he is presenting on the telly. Tommorow morning he will be on the telly box.

ITV spent 6 million on him, they've got to get their moneys worth.

I shall watch one of these.

The Middle.

Has anybody been watching The Magicians?

It's the show where they take bunch of old-as-the-hills prop-based stage tricks, sprinkle in some C-list celebrities, add some tension-free competitive peril, garnish with Lenny Henry, and suck all the joy out of magic.

It's like Derren Brown and Penn & Teller never happened.

Has anybody been watching The Magicians?

I watched the first one, as a workmate of mine was roped into one of the tricks, but it was awful and I haven't bothered since.

It's NOWHERE NEAR as good as Pen And Teller: Fool Us, on ITV.
I do love Barry and Stewart, but this is absolutely the wrong platform for them.

Too much padding in that too, just do the tricks.

I'm watching Derren Brown's Engima on 4oD at the moment. Very funny. Guy's a showman. This is how it's done.

The ending is SO good.

Predators and Blues Brothers tonight

I do like the odd bit of magic. But I fear that magic will be the latest trend in TV and they'll over do it. It happened a few years ago, enough already!

Season 4 of Sex and the City. Carrie's just turned 35.

Lol. Now she's at least 50.

Her skin is at least 80.

Pfft. He's had better endings.

The "Poppa's Box" trick was the one that got me. The spectator's reaction was priceless.
