Oh that bits easy Fella. All you have to convince the panel is you can only walk short distances or even just you're too scared or embarassed to go outside.
As for care element you've just got to be able to convince the panel you're too depressed to get dressed or cook without some one to cheer you up.
I've considered claiming myself.
