Difficult...could be stronger. It's an immotive subject anyway. Difficult.
I think that this could be tightened up and work quite nicely. It's a piss take, visual joke, isn't it? The more that I think about it the more it makes my smile.. It's not meant to be a side splitter - if it is then it's failed, for me at least! It's just a nice little grin maker.
As for it being a difficult subject - nah!!!

I know, that's why it's a bit iffy but I doubled up when I thought of the punchline....I know, one shouldn't laugh at ones own jokes
I think the ad should have been better worded 
So I changed it to an advert for condoms
