Help me to remember Page 2

Ha yes, the grey hair made me think of him too.

Presumably this guy was grey haired in the '80s though.

Any of the limited descriptions of the show mean anything to anyone?

A list of descriptions of banned or cancelled 80s British sitcoms would be useful.

just [ just ]

adverb

Definition:

1. in immediate past: a very short time ago
The train has just left.

2. at this moment: indicating that somebody will begin doing something or something will start happening now ( used also with 'about to' and 'going to' )
I'll just go and get it.

3. only: only or merely the thing, amount, or situation mentioned
This is just a warning.

I was using definition 1, everyone else, 3

Errr

I can't think of a single banned or cancelled show from the 80s.

This list will show most comedy shows that started in the 1980s, but not all are sitcoms. Have a look through the titles and see if anything rings a bell though: https://www.comedy.co.uk/guide/year/#y1989

If You See God Tell Him? Although that was 90s and Richard Briers isn't dead.

Good lad Ctrl F the List for the word God

and the answer was

drum roll................................................

- If You See God, Tell Him

Incidentaly the show had nothing to do with religion (apart from the title). Everything else I had said was correct I think http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_You_See_God,_Tell_Him

Thanks very much everyone. Loved this when I saw it even though it was massivley out of date.

Well it wasn't cancelled, just was a short series!
