I want MORE people to join; not just to browse, but to actually make a decent contribution on the boards.

Will Cam, Nat and Veronica aside, how many newbies have joined this year and made over, say, 200 posts? Very few.

Yeah but it's all about making the Newbies feel welcome isn't it?
And then, and only then do we crush their dreams.

I'd also like to see the return of Cotter's sidekick: Dan Pearce.

Aaron discovered the BCG troll infestation are infact Julian Assange.
Who hates Terry and June and has devoted his efforts to destroying british sitcoms.

I could be wrong, & I know we're not supposed to do "Troll Talk" but I think he may have come back as someone called Marc P.

;) :D :P Pirate

IT David and Aaron are revealed to be one and the same person.

I'd like IT David's twin brother to join: SH David.

"Troll Talk" replaces the Graham Norton Show on Friday nights and proves a ratings winner, despite having the same guest every week. A bit like Parky.

Sick

I predict that 2011 will begin on 1st January and end on 31st December.

I further predict that Maggie Thatcher will die and My Family will finally be axed.

I'd like to see Writers' Discussion and Writing Opportunities given more prominence.

When you visit here for the first time, as a non-member, they're rather hidden away - and easy to miss.

Yet stuff like 'What's your favourite biscuit?' is paraded front and centre. Daft.

Plain Chocolate Digestive if you're asking.
The Dark Lord of all Biscuits

The board isn't for writers, it's for fans of comedy.

The writers' section is an added extra.

I know. But Writers' Discussion and Writing Opportunities have more to do with comedy than, say, 'The Gambling Thread'.

Oy that was one of mine!

But I get your point.

True!

But, the posters make the threads, so you're getting what you want (deserve). ;)
