Margaret - Peggy. How?

Quote: roscoff @ December 2 2010, 3:32 PM GMT

Dick as a derivative of Richard comes from the 18th century saying 'rich as a dick'

Harry as a derivative of Henry comes from a Victorian parlour game called Harry Henry. Participants would chase each other with large sticks and if caught ram it up each others bottoms shouting 'up ya Harry Henry!' Trufax.

Wsn't that game that stopped you teaching history?

Cheers for the feedback, some find it funny some don't, it would be a boring world if we all thought the same thing.
I'll post the link to the critique section.... always nice to know what people think. If anyone else wants to have a look I'd appreciate any comments? http://www.themondaysupplement.co.uk/

No it was the re-enactment of Edward II murder on YouTube. I think the General Teaching Council over reacted personnaly. I know I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the flaming motor cycles in the second Act.

Can but agree, however I didn't think the juggling poodle made much of an impact

My little boy went to a Christmas bazaar today; I told him to win me a big bottle of Coke, he failed.

However, he did win me a big tennis ball. Like the one in House. (Hurrah!)

Word. You get a free pair of pants with every chlamydia test you buy at Superdrug.

He has over 12,000 followers, so good publicity for the BCG.

Sure, it's great publicity until Twitter finds out we're all rampantly homophobic Nazis and we get the lesbian horseface and that big Jewish poof Fry whining on about us... :(

Mr Tim! Are you back on the Twitter??

Nah... can't be arsed. Sorry. I found it too stressful having to be moderately amusing all the time. I prefer it here where no-one expects you to be funny.

Ahhh ok no worries I thought you might be living a secret double twitter life like I do and don't bother making them to secret lol! I'm not very funny on my Twitter. Some times I do come out with gold though. I try to disperse my wit you see over a wide selection of social media ;)

This is delightful
