Christmas Page 3

I don't really have a Christmas as I work for most of it.

:(

Went out and bought a tree today. A real one. So the just-under-6ft artificial one can be put up in my room. :D

My wife always used to put the tree up on 1st December.

Incidentally you can put your tree up whenever you want. But I would think the branches might hurt a bit.

Handy for hanging things on though:)

And why not now? Too old/tired/dead/divorced/bitter...? If you don't mind me asking, of course. Angelic

Yes!

And the kids are now 28 & 25.

The best Christmas film is Santa Claus: The Movie. The one starring Dudley Moore and John Lithgow (and Judy Cornwell, aka Daisy from Keeping Up Appearances).

Just thought that I would mention that. :)

I watched Elf a couple of days ago, and it was great. Really put me in the mood.

Anyway It's great to see my young kids getting excited about their presents. Unfortunately as my 10 year old daughter conned me into buying her a laptop, I won't be getting anything!!!

Elf is awesome!!!!

Elf is great.

I love Scrooged too.

He's an angry Elf!

Great film :) I was going to say Scrooged too...or the version with Patrick Stewart is great too.

it's a wonderful life

I've not seen any of those! Teary

I'll get over it. (*sobs quietly into a tissue*)
