Michael McIntyre to be BGT Judge

Some people think that Michael McIntyre is a bit of a c**t. Well, now we have concrete proof that he is.

Michael McIntyre could score the goal that wins England the World Cup, then find Madeleine McCann in the crowd and some people would still think him a "bit of a c**t" for the same reason people hate Peter Kay. They're mainstream, funny and have lots of money. I don't get it.

No jealousy or bitterness underlies that post, of course. Laughing out loud

It's got nothing to do with jealousy or bitterness. It's do with the fact I consider reality TV to be most dumbed down, vapid, awful pile of festering shit ever invented, and thus hate just about anyone associated with it.

Britain's Got Talent is one of the worst reality TV shows to be honest (IMO). I rather like a few of the others.

I like McIntyre's comedy and don't think he's a c**t at all, but I'm pretty sure someone accepts a job like this purely for the money/exposure. Unless he genuinely is a fan of the show! Or thinks he can improve it, which he probably can, to be honest.

To be fair though Zooo isn't that why we all go to work? For the money. Just becuase someone is on telly does that mean that they can't go or do the jobs that pay well?

(I do hate Peter Kay though. Because I find him smug and cocky and unpleasant.)

No, just cold logical hatred.

Didn't say it was a bad thing!

Anyone who turned down the mega-colossally-paid doddle of a job that is BGT judge would have to be a LOT of a c**t, wouldn't they?

If I was successful and famous, and was getting all the offers Michael is likely to be getting, and I hated BGT, I think I would turn it down. And do one of the other jobs I was offered instead.

But like I said, maybe he doesn't hate it, maybe he thinks it will be fun, and therefore, would be silly not to do it.

I have no doubt of that.

Wind your neck in, Veronica.

Surely ripping the piss out of the freaks is an offer a comedian just couldn't turn down?

Hopefully he'll do that.
