Sitting in a coffee shop window with a friend only to have leery men wave suggestively.
Having to get off the tube a station earlier because Covent Garden will be full of tourists/shoppers.
Essay collections just before Christmas/while we're doing other essays. Potential confidence killer.

You left out auto-tune. That's what transforms run-of-the-mill crap music into excruciatingly dull noise. Fortunately I am 14 years old, so I don't sound like you moaning old fogies who are trapped in the past.

It's rubbish innit. I think it's supposed to be 'charming' and endearing because she has a slightly silly accent.
I actually like the version Ewan McGregor sings in Moulin Rouge. Has a great high note!

I quite like it and that probably makes me hip unlike Chappers who is mainly replacement hip

My favourite song in Moulin Rouge is Roxanne, with all the tangoing and passion and jealousy. Very good.
For me, Moulin Rouge was like being walked over in high heels by a fat, greasy middle manager from Stockwell squeezed into a sequined red dress. Which is to say I loved it!
