How's your diet going, Gav? And have you got a cool scar from your punchup at London Bridge?

Na that went like few days later unfortunately. All fine mate. Need to lose a couple of stone before happy. Just had f**king crazy work loads and eat when can. Which isn't healthy.
Has to pretend to work in Manchester in January, is anything goingon there?
Worst start to the week ever. My 3 hour train to london has been replaced by one which is 4 AND A HALF hours. Due to restricted services I had to get an earlier train, leaving no time for breakfast. Had to eat on the train and pay 3 times as much for half the quality. And no tossing lattes. Oh and the train is hugely overcrowded, with currently 15 people standing up in my carriage alone.
Morning. Fell off the bike on the way to work. Icy peril. Not looking forward to the journey home now.
Morning Nat
My journey was just as bad. A whole 10 miles to work, on a straight road, no ice, no holdups, sat in the warm without a smelly student pressed up against me. Took me about 16 minutes. More traffic going home, will take about 17 min.
Good luck getting home scratchyr!

Oh no. I cycled for the first time in a week and typing is very strange right now as I can't feel the tips of my fingers. New meaning to touch typing.
I hate you Will Cam.

A heated keyboard would be perfect for the situation. I have left the bike at home for a few days too. Tomorrow have to take my son to the child minders, he normally sits on the crossbar, so I'm not sure how to go about if it's still icy.

**laughs to self, having completed one of today's objectives**
I got my car out of the snow today!
However, meant to be going to Essex tommorow. Is this a good idea scratchyr?

Oh dear, yeah maybe don't cycle with him on the cross bar if it's still icy.
Isn't your son 18 years old?

Not such a good idea. Oh you mean because of the roads and that? I think the main roads are ok. You going to your office on London Road. That will be fine.
