I'm making a chilli-nacho-rice thing!

Sounds lovely! We sometimes do an awesome chilli nacho thing- tortilla chips covered in chilli, jalepenos and monterey jack, and baked a little. Serve with sour creme. Nom.
Ours tonight was Chinesey though.
Bread.
Roast chicken with port and herb stuffing.
Veggies: secret recipe roast parsnips and carrots. Sprouts with crispy bacon. Roast new potatoes.
Yorkshire Puddings.
Oh, and home made chicken gravy.
Nice! Needs more gravy though.
Oh there is a well of gravy. It's hiding in and under the yorkshires.
I don't like your plates, Nat. Sorry, but roasts should be served in something more traditional.

Ah, all is well then!
Stuffed mushrooms. And a glass of Port.
