This is what I did for last year's pseaudo Christmas dinner. Rolled belly pork with pork and sage stuffing. The crackling was awesome after it was cooked. And then for supper we had the cold meat with plum chutney. PHWOAR.

They make Billy Bear Meat by actually thinly slicing off a bear's face. Until they get past the eye balls because then it just becomes 'bear meat' which sounds a bit gay.
Duck lovers pay attention - down in south west France a french farmer has been arrested for stuffing his 'live' duck full of cannabis leaves prior to slaughter and sale....apparently it was quite popular!
