There's nothing on there yet. Just my face and a contact form and a link to my blog!

I know it's not fun, but when I was suffering I looked at what I was drinking during the day and cut out caffeine based things. Plus I made an effort to do some exercise before bed and that helped make me tired. Oh and having "down time" by reading a trashy novel.

I never have caffeine after about 7 o'clock, and reading before bed makes me think too much because I don't really feel like reading popular-type books when all I do for my course is read. I think I need to find a way to do more exercisey type stuff before bed though, because I always feel eyes tired but not body tired. I get veeery restless.

...Insert comment about Elliot and exercise here...

Evening Scats ;)

Hi Gav. Unimpressed

50 star jumps before bed!

It may sound kinda stupid, but when my mind won't shuttup, I will like play a game in my head that will involve having to name all the characters out of a TV show from A-Z. Something like The Simpsons is good because it has a huge cast.

Got to about M last night before I feel asleep...

:(

I just work.

I do things like that. I then fall asleep by C for about half an hour then wake up shakey and cold. :S

Oh right.

Have I introduced you to my good friend Mr. Weed? He'll keep you sleeping all night long. :)

I can't drink caffeine after 3pm... not joking. It keeps me awake all night.

Star jumps sound good. Or some sexercise if Elliot is round (good suggestion Gav).

Also, make sure you have loads of covers (I'm sleeping in a hoody).

No, naughty Leevil.

I officially hate the picture of Frankie Boyle on the front page.

Sick

A special cookie or muffin an hour before bed time will do the world of good. :D
