My homeowners association explicitly forbids pigs as pets. 
My neighbor recently posted a photo of a tiny pig that he saw in a parking lot. It was rather cute.

That is mine and Dan's genuine life plan! Two pygmy goats and some chickens to start. Then a micropig.
