I tend to just buy whichever rock salt they have in the organic shop in the market.
I buy things like that either based on price, or which has the prettiest packaging.
We have awesome special pepper with black green and pink peppercorns!

I shall be spending Christmas at my parent's home in the tranquil village of Dromore in the County Of Down.
This historical place boasts a Norman motte and bailey, an ancient Celtic Cross and a rare set of concrete and metal stocks.
