Strangely that guest, Mr Wareing, (played by Terence Conoley) who gets such poor service from Basil in 'A Touch Of Class' isn't put off from staying at the hotel again, this time going by the name Mr Johnstone in the episode 'Waldorf Salad' (where he complains that "this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in").
One other actor appeared as two different characters in Fawlty Towers, but can you name her?
