Well, some would disagree with me on Grandma's House, of course, but £20 seems a tad high for something I can guarantee you'll be able to buy for less than a tenner in six months. Then again, it is Christmas shopping season, so perhaps there's people who'll pay that. I wouldn't mind but if you get quoted a timescale you should stick to it.

Oh yeh they are awful for that like BT. It's gonna be cutting it fine for xmas isn't it? There is always a rush on in Dec and stuff gets bumped around.

If doctors gave me 3 weeks to live and I woke up on Day 22, I'd feel obliged to top myself.
