Cheerful: I'm just over half way through writing the soddin' Xmas cards.
Gloomy: Still a load to do!
Christmas bah!, etc. etc. (beans on toast this year, yummy yummy, bet we get less visitors next year!).

Sad: Have to work my notice in my current bloody job.
