Just finished our early Thanksgiving dinner. The husband has to work on Thursday, so we had our meal today. Everyone is properly stuffed and lethargic.
I'm working Thursday and Friday because I'd rather save my vacation time for when my family is in town. I'll knock out 3 or 4 hours each day and be home before noon. I seem to have been volunteered to make pies for my neighbors' Thanksgiving feast. That should be interesting.

Me too. I am all for adopting foreign customs if it provides us with another big special hoo ha meal per year.
Halloween gave us "candy" so I think you're onto something there, zooo!
Come on by around 2 p.m. Thursday and gorge yourselves on beer and food. Maybe we'll step into the back yard and shoot guns around 5:30.
