Leevil it out, you guys!

New account, you're alright dear. :)

Phew!

I'm sooo bored of all the troll arguments on here recently. Whilst I do sympathise with those who feel outside the clique (not that I am in any cliques, that I know of!) They do seem to be taking the fun out of posting on here.

I would love to know what makes a troll tick? Why do you do it, what do you want to achieve? Will you only be happy when every member of the BCG leaves because you've spoiled all the fun, is that your ultimate aim? Can I write a sitcom about you that will make me a million? If so, why aren't you writing it?

The so-called "clique" consists of the most regular posters. They have no other agenda other than being more active on the boards. There is no moral crime here. No one is forced to use these boards, there is nothing to resist against. Either like it or lump for another internet forum.

It's odd that often the people who complain the loudest about the board are the ones who are seemingly keenest to stay, or to keep coming back.

Of all the forums, why a British comedy forum?

I wonder if there are any trolls that work for the good. Possibly on a Paedo or terrorist forum?

etc etc etc blah blah

The trolls make this board fun!

Without the troll(s), it's just a bunch of people who vaguely know each other being mutually gay and smiley-facing.

True, there's a fair bit of decent comedy talk too, and that's the primary reason to come here, but many of the most populous threads are firmly in the gay/smiley category and need a bit of trollishness to liven them up, imho.

I had such an amazing night tonight- it genuinely couldn't have gone better. The buzz was fantastic. I got three applause breaks in what ended up as a 7 minute set. I was surprised with the response for the poem. I'm on a total high.

I think 4Chan probably once invaded the Twilight board.

;) 'ello.

It's my favourite part, if I'm honest. Maybe I'm sick.

Where to draw the line though? These things can get personal. Internet bullying is no joke. Really. Yes, really.

Don't get me wrong, there have been times when I've thought people on here are in a clique against me, bit then I've realised it because I'm a bit boring.

Basically, don;t blame your blandness on your inability to make an audience laught, blame them!

Well done!

You were born to be a stand-up I reckon, even most professional ones say they still get terrible stage fright and stuff, but you've stopped all that already haven't you?

I haven't seen any of this so far- but I've only been here a few months. I've seen worse things from other members than I have from the *T word*.

That is true enough.
