I've got no idea because I don't know who either of them are - although James is on here!

Since Steve has already furnished us with the funny answer I'll relay the facts.

Billy Corgan is the lead singer/rhythm guitarist from Smashing Pumpkins. He's also a poet, but I should say up front that he does know it.
