Yeah, just realised that the little DOT at the end of the pointy stick is meant to be the bee shown on the first frame. So they are doing laser eye surgery on the little boy even though his vision is better than theirs.
The artist didn't really get his point across well.

A handful of artists - local to the London area - have been commissioned to draw caricatures of former (GB) Olympians.
The pieces will then be exhibited around the Athletes Village and stadium. Meeting him in person next year, hence the email.
