The Walking Dead Page 7

I think it's pretty good. Although finding it a bit cheesy, which is necessary for a zombie setup. But I was hoping it would be perfectly acted/written like Dexter.

Still roll on next weeks.

The torso lady was very good.

I wonder what American people think of Egg's American accent?

The effects are top notch for a TV series.

I think his accent goes up and down but overall believable.

I imagine we notice more than them.

Is quite possible.

It's not too bad. Sometimes I don't even know that an actor is British but it never surprises me when I find out because I always thought the person spoke a little oddly -- sort of like they're constipated and concentrating on their speech a little too much. It doesn't seem completely natural. I noticed the same thing with the House guy and the guy on Sons of Anarchy.

Haha. He does seem a bit constipated to me too, now you say it.

Just watched episode 3, was a cracker.

I am enjoying it. A load of Dave Chappers wandering about. It is GREAT!

Finally watched the second ep so this thread is safe for me again!
Loved this one. I've got over any fear of zombies now, so, like Dead Set, this is just DEAD FUCKING EXCITING. When it started raining I got up off my seat and said "noooooooo". Not convinced zombies should have the motor skills to climb shit though. Don't know how I feel about that.

Hurrah!

Yes I don't like 'clever' zombies. Although I suppose it makes them scarier.

(I am still scared of zombies.)

I am scared of an angry Michael Rooker who has been handcuffed to a roof.

Oh gawd yes he is scary too.

And mummy zombies who stare wonkily through a peephole in the front door.
Eep.

I didn't really understand why the black man and his son didn't go with the main dude. That was a stupid decision.

I'm guessing when the main dude is next in a tight spot "someone" will get him out. ;)

Well, yes. :)

But I mean in realistic believeable terms, it was an unlikely, non-believable decision. They should have made up a better reason he wanted to stay behind than 'to practice shooting and that'.
