Potential new sitcoms and spin-offs ideas

I've thought before that there could have been a sitcom done as a spin off of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em about Frank's daughter Jessica when she'd grown up. She could be accident prone like Frank. I thought Su Pollard would be good in the role (though I haven't worked out if she'd be the right age or not).

Oi you - a sequel to Please Sir with Duffy as Head Master.

I'd like to see a sequel to The Good Life. I'd like to know what happened to Tom and Barbara, even if they kept doing the same old thing.

Maybe Rimmer from Red Dwarf finding himself as a leader and absolutely hating the realities of it.

ReadyBrek.

The immates of Slade prison are all dealing drugs, hastling their victims on Facebook and slashing each other with home made weapons whilest launching appeals about their human rights.

Some unmarried mothers do 'ave lots of 'em - Frank's grandaughter, Chavelle, goes off the rails and rapes the benefits system with a gaggle of kids in tow.

The Dole Office - Wernham Hogg go bust and the staff all have to sign on together.

Mind your f**kin language - The language school is inundated with overseas students whos first introduction to English has been by watching dubbed Tarantino movies.

Marbella - 'Benidorm'characters win the Eurolottery as a syndicate and take things a bit more upmarket further down the costa.

I second that, I always thought that was made for a spin off but some execs at the Beeb just don't know what they're doing, it seems. Instead we got a belated To The Manor Born spin off which seemed too out of date and sank without trace.

The Good Life had the opportunity of riding on the whole green thing wave which is now fading away. I'd like to see much smarter thinking by the Beeb and better use of old sitcoms, I think there are a few classics still crying out for sequels or spin offs, if only they could see that. :(

I came up with a Good Life sequel last time this came up: https://www.comedy.co.uk/forums/post/16396/

I'd like to see a post Peep Show show called Jez's Angels... After finding himself without Mark (who is assumed dead after a mysterious caravan fire), Jeremy decides to open a detective agency to pay the rent. Realizing he's terrible at all the things detectives need to be good at; he hires Big Suze (the leader), Elena (Face) and Nancy (the no-nonsense American who knows kung-fu)to do the leg work and ass kicking. The show would be trite and predictable, but ample amounts of flesh and over-the-top explosions would make it the mega-awesome show of the decade.

Father Jack ends up in rehab, sharing a room with Pete Doherty and Amy Winehouse...

How about one about Sir Bernard Woolley advising a coalition government on how to measure the happiness of the population ?
