EXT. EAST-END STREET
TWO EAST-END WOMEN, IMAN AND AISHA, IDENTICALLY DRESSED IN BURQAS, ONLY THEIR EYES VISIBLE, WALKING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS ON THE PAVEMENT.
IMAN SPOTS AISHA FIRST. HER PACE SLOWS.
THEY DRAW CLOSER.
AS THEY PASS EACH OTHER, THEIR EYES MEET, BUT THEY CONTINUE WALKING
IMAN TURNS AND CALLS AFTER AISHA. BOTH WOMEN HAVE STRONG EAST-END ACCENTS.
IMAN
What the *bleep* are you looking at?
AISHA
You what?
IMAN
You heard me. What the *beep* are you looking at? F*beep*ing slag.
AISHA
Slag? F*beep*ing slag? You want to come over here and say that? F*beep*ing c*beep*t.
IMAN
You want some? You want a piece of this, blud?
THE WOMEN BOTH DROP THEIR SHOPPING AND FACE OFF AGAINST EACH OTHER, BURQA TO BURQA, BREATHING HEAVILY, SQUARING OFF THEIR SHOULDERS, THEN START TURNING THE AIR BLUE.
AISHA

IMAN

AISHA
I'll cut you, you hear. I'll *beep*ing cut you.
IMAN
Know what? You ain't even worth it.
THE TWO WOMAN START BACKING OFF, PICK UP THEIR SHOPPING, BUT CONTINUE SCREAMING OBSCENITIES AT EACH OTHER AS THEY WALK OFF IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS.
