Flipped my first ever pancakes

Well done and ooo pancakes, that's an idea!

I had salmon, horseradish creme fraiche and cucumber from last night that needed using (and no bread) so pancakes it was!

I just slop loads of butter on mine. Don't really like sweet pancakes that much, apart from maybe jam.
