Zombie Land is good.
The Walking Dead Page 3
Agreed.
I just hope the Zombieland sequel isn't in bloody 3d. Which is what looks like happening.
3D isn't a bad thing, it's when they design the movie specifically with the 3D in mind where you get into dodgy ground.

I prefer that to movies being retrofitted with 3D, as was the case with Titans.
3d is a gimmick, in 3 years it'll be gone again, and not soon enough.

Well yes, that's just a given.
3D is bullshit since it can only be experienced in a handful of cinemas. Which means after the initial two week theatre release it will forever be watched in 2d on telly or DVD.
What a bunch of moaning minnies. 3D can be brilliant, providing it's done properly. Where 3D movies go wrong is when they design it to be watched in 3D, as opposed to either. Like that God awful Resident Evil movie. If you watch it in 2D, there the entire movie is just a load of crap flying at the screen for no reason.
Name a great 3d movie? That the 3d enhanced?

Up.
Avatar. But honestly that was all about the 3D. On reflection, it wasn't a great movie.
I'm being theoretical

I've not seen it. But generally I think it's a gimmick. And Inception proved that 2D can be pretty darned spectacular.
Oooooh I didn't see Up in 3D, but it was amazing 2D.
You're right about inception.

I agree on both counts. I watched Aliens Vs Monsters the other day and that opens with a gay smacking a bat and ball into the screen. I can't be doing with that shit but then I guess maybe kids like it.
I don't see 3D as being a gimmick though. Once they've got rid of the glasses it'll be commonplace.
