I'm a Will Ferrell fan too, I just don't like 99% of the things he does. Just imagine if he only did good films. He'd be like the best comedy-actor-guy-ever.

I can't think of any comedians who make many must-see films. Most churn out shit with the ocassional diamond.

Yeah but how many diamond Ferrell films can you name?

There are 3 I like. I think I laughed at The Other Guys a few times, but I wouldn't recommend it or watch it again.

His greatest legacy so far will be Elf.

The Anchorman film? And that one where he discovers he's a character in a novel isn't bad.

I didn't get on with either of those films.

Stranger Than Fiction, this is one of my three. Along with Elf and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.

You didn't like Anchorman and call yourself a Ferrell fan?! Anchorman is his standout movie.

I'm being unfair on him of course because I immediately bunch him with past SNL legendary cast members and we know they have made some stinkers over the years.

Elf is the only one I like.

It was okay. Steve Carell stoled the scene every time though.

Then you must kill yourself. In the name of Anchorman.

Okay? *Shoots a cat in the face in fury*

Also, I think you're missing the point of my original post.

Pff, Anchorman's rubbish. Joining the absurd irony genre about 10 years too late.
