Cheese and tomato tortellini with olive oil and cheddar cheese because the pecorino had gone a bit funny.

Well the way I did it was a layer of tortilla (wraps not chips), layer of beef chilli, topped with cheese, Jalepenos and sour cream. Repeat. Oven for 40 minutes.

Sounds ace! Might try and vegetarian this dish up...

Easy peasy! Replace the beef with adouki beans!

If I can remember what goes in, I'll give you my chilli paste recipe.

OH, you mean as in spicy? I've never heard a curry described as strong. No, it was a lovely mild coconutty curry. Little heat in it (I put a green chilli in at the beginning), but just enough to keep it interesting.
