It varies. Sometimes I can sleep for many hours. Sometimes I can survive on about 4 at the least.
I've not slept for a week. 
A few hours here and there.
About 45 minutes last night. Its not good.
D'oh.
I have no good advice. Just keep active.
Its my brain. Too many ideas rattling round, I'm afraid.
I've always wondered whether that trick of writing down your thoughts on a notepad would work. I hate those nights when your brain won't quit.
I Didn't mean to compare Don to Adolf by the way, it was just the pictures that came up.
The BCG is worse than Facebook, I didn't realise how much my privacy had been invaded.
Just look at the expression on my dolls face.
Unfortuantly I'm not a write down ideas for later kind of guy. I'm a do the bloody thing now sort of guy. Hence why I'm constructing a video course in the early hours of the morning!
