I've just seen... Page 66

The trouble with Jarhead is that it's about how boring war is. Which is a bit boring. Dog Soldiers gets my vote. Just for ******* trying to stop a dog running off with his **********.

Really No on Master & Commander?
That was the one I was looking forward to the most.
I thought it would be like Gladiator with waves.

Well, it's about how boring the 2003 Gulf War was, which isn't quite the same thing. Wars are generally more interesting when there's at least two armies fighting.

I liked it.

Is Master and Commander the one where he does that weevils joke?

I think my dad made us go to see that. It was quite fun.

Weevils joke? I don't remember it having jokes, just lots of cannon wars. :D

I Wuv Weevil

Hmm. Well, how many Russell Crowe historical boat films can there be...

I like this facile way of describing films. :) Any more?

"A Beautiful Mind... it's like Shine with calculus!"

"Seabiscuit... it's like Rocky with hooves!"

"The Hobbit... it's like Lord Of The Rings with ill-advised union disputes!"

"Titanic... it's like A Night To Remember with c**ts!"

I only remember it because I did a really loud laugh and got embarrassed (no one else laughed). :(

Bloody cinemas.
