I don't know the history, but the stuff on Chortle just comes across as bullying and that is NEVER acceptable.

I'm with Ruby here and Quentin and a few of the others.

Chortle is a thugs' forum that is dominated by Internet bullies that are right 100% of the time: past, present, and future. It's the intellectual equivalent of turning-out time on a Friday night high street when tanked up pricks are looking to vent their frustration on a 'faceless' person, or an easy target. They should be turning their comic 'genius' to comedy rather than hurting (or trying to hurt) a person. Any jerk can stare at a computer screen for 30 minutes and then tap in the resulting vomit, uncaring to the result, but that doesn't make them Noel Coward or Oscar Wilde.

That JJ is irritating, may be so, but they should ignore him or ban him. Not treat him like human garbage.

Thank heaven for the decency and politeness of the BSG forum. It really changed my once-held opinion that the Internet just produces an excuse for excess in the negative. That's why I come here, rather than anywhere else on the 'Net.

Rube, you're a star. Big hug for just being who you are.

Besides, unlike bullying in the 'traditional' sense, he really does bring it on himself.

That is saying it's okay!

Not sure where you're from, but where I am, "he brings it on himself" does not mean "it's ok to bully him". It simply means that, well, he brings it on himself. Again, you're reading things that aren't there!

Awww! Slaggy A!

Hope your bunny is better by the way!

Now that just sounds filthy.

I think anyone reading that would have seen it in the way that I did. Even if you didn't mean it.

Anyway, ENOUGH! Let's make a cup of tea and move on!

No, only you, in your delusional "x means y" world. :P

(And possibly selected fairy henchmen. ;))

Oh, and I don't like tea. :P

Big guys called "Dave" and "Bubba" in pink dresses. They grant your wishes then knock out your teeth.

Having looked I can't help but agree.

Birds Of A Feather promotion may be irritating but it seems just a tad intolerant to wish death upon his head.

I think perhaps I haven't read the scariest ones yet.

I don't think I will either. I don't like 'em over there.

Someone needs to remind them that Bill Hicks chose proper targets to attack, not naive internet posters. I still can't help but think that Jamie Jones is just having a laugh but that doesn't quite excuse wanting to 'push a spear into his rectum'.

Ah well, I'm sure that audiences will love the innovative rants:

"Ain't everybody sick of those internet posters that like Birds Of A Feather and aren't too hot on punctuation?"

I've decided to pick on Richard Coughlan, why? 'Cos I iz bored, innit?

Why can't the world play nice? Let's bring together all nations and get out the scrabble.
