Fish food? Yuk!

Having peanuts, Steak McCoys and Ready Salted Walkers crisps. (With my Hobgoblin)

A plate of new potatos and nothing else. It's not the most exciting meal I've ever had.

No condiments?

A Dairylea sandwich. Boring. Might have to open the box of luxury chocs sitting on the piano.

NOM.

I like sandwiches with dairylea and turkey.

Obviously I meant I will sit on the piano and open the chocs - thought I'd get that in before someone else does. :P

Whopper Meal at the Burger King in Camden. Quite perverse really, given all the nice eateries in that locale.

Fast food chains were invited to display the nutritional value of their products to enable customers to make informed choices. Only a few signed up and then only displayed the info in a few of their stores. Some burgers were in the 800 calorie range!
Personally if I fancy a burger I would have a burger and stuff the nutrition. It's all about balance and sometimes I get fed up of 'experts' telling us what we should and shouldn't eat.

I'm pretty good about burgers. At most, I might have one every week or two. Some of my work colleagues seem to live on the stuff.
