Well I just ate two huge sandwiches and I now I regret it. Especially seeing the the first one was so nice, if I'd have stopped there it would have been good. Now it's baad, really bad.

I tend to go for a walk between 12.30pm and 1pm and then come back and eat in the office and chat for the last half an hour. I start work at 8.30am so an earlier lunch is nicer.
