Can anyone help me remember the name of a sitcom which was shown on ITV, I think in the mid to late 1990s. It started with a yuppie type engaged couple moving into a new home and the woman backs out of the drive in her car just as the man next door is going by on his bike. He swerves to avoid her and falls over a hedge/fence and breaks his arm/leg. She starts to look after him because the accident was her fault and at first she doesn't like him but then starts to be attracted to him. He is quite the opposite of her fiance, who I think was a lawyer or estate agent. The neighbour is a scruffy student type who shares the flat next door with a couple of hippie type friends. The fiance can't stand him especially when his girlfriend begins to like this man. He schemes to get the neighbour and his friends kicked out of the flat. The woman eventually sees the true nature of her fiance and falls for the neighbour instead. I think the series ran for two seasons. I especially remember the bit where she backs out her drive and nearly knocks over the neighbour on his bike as ITV ran this bit as a trailer quite a lot before the series started. I have completely forgotten the name of the show and can't remember the names of any of the actors either! I don't think they were that well known. Does it ring a bell with anyone? Pleae help! I'd love to remember the name of the show or the name of the actors.
