Actually I know. We had to do both the home and the agency. And she was stressed, but like everything she did it fine. Both sorted.
So what capacity do you work in? An inspector?
And we actually like the regulation. Gets rid of the crap.

That's good to hear! Less biddy killing the better, really. I'm an IT trainer, but I used to work in the call centre, and my fella does now. We might have spoken to her at one point or another.
