Your Favourite Actors. Page 5

I wasn't sure if male & female Actors are both called Actors these days
Or am I thinking of Comedians.
One of the female terms has been phased out I think.

Walter Mathau and Jack Lemon. Great alone and great together.

Can I not pick dead actors? I'm going to anyway, just try and stop me!
Vincent Price
Peter Cushing

Anything those two are in = guarenteed entertainment. Cushing could bring gravitas to any old bollocks and Vincent Price could bring a shit load of ham to any old bollocks and make it the dogs bollocks. I like saying bollocks.

I got the original Price House on Haunted Hill DVD for £1 from the pound shop a couple of years ago. I keep meaning to watch it but Dan doesn't like old movies and I'm too much of a scaredy to watch it alone!

Robert Downey Jr

YES.

Generally yes, but not all the times. Awards are still for "leading actress" etc. I don't think a female actor would be insulted either way though.

Robert Downey junior is great.

I used to like Christian Slater as well, but I'm not sure if I ever saw him in anything that great apart from True Romance.

Which reminds me of Nicholas Cage as well who I enjoyed in quite a few films

I didn't like Cage untill Kickass.

I did like him in Peggy Sue got married.
And the one where he sees Elvis, can't remember what that's called.

Nick Cage used to be a really exciting actor - Wild at Heart, Raising Arizona, that film where he eats a cockroach - but Michael Bay made him think he was Joe Blockbuster, and he's done one mega turkey after another since Con Air.

They're probably all I've seen him in!

Yeah what's that Indy lite one he does.
I never bothered with Ghost Rider either due to the reviews

Or the terrible terrible trailers?

Does anyone rate Tom Cruise as an Actor?
I've never liked him since the colour of Money, although I think I liked Risky Business before I knew who he was.

Matt Damon, Greg Kinnear, Robert Downey Jnr.

I also think George Clooney's getting better with age, same with Di Caprio.

Cage is a bit hit-and-miss. De Niro is fab, and I really like his comedy roles too.

Jennifer Aniston is a great actress and Julia Robert is always good value, if a little bland.

He was really good in Magnolia.

She's a really good comic actress, but seems to be picking one safe, bland dog after another.

Wasn't it a Fargo quote?

Dammit, you're right! This would never have happened when I used to run a video shop.
