Richard Herring

Has anyone seen Richard Herring's new DVD Hitler Moustache?

I happened to have seen a copy and it's pretty good.

Anyway, I heard a lot about his tour and so watched the DVD.

Anyone seen him live?

I've listened to his and Collin's podcasts on here which are good too.

Buy it here.

Saw him live doing his Jesus tour earlier this year. Chatted to him briefly afterwards. Dead lovely and funny.

He's brilliant.
I saw him and Stewart do that 'first show together' thing a year or so ago.
They are in my top 4 of comedians evah. (With Vic and Bob.)

His current podcast show AIOTM is hilarious as well.

I should have seen him before now, really, but I haven't. Me naughty, lazy boy.

However did you manage that? ;)

Two years ago!

Love AIOTM and the masterwork that is Time Gentlemen Please. Really not familiar with anything else he's done though. Plenty to watch and listen to at some point.

Yikes!

He is a bit Bean Faced though.

Poor bean-faced Richard Herring. :(

:D

Yeah, saw it live https://www.comedy.co.uk/forums/post/597076/

It was excellent, as were his last couple of tours. Got most of his other DVDs too, including one he signed afterwards. Nice bloke.

His blog is rather excellent too. And he updates it daily. http://www.richardherring.com/warmingup/

I haven't listened to Series 2 of AIOTM, as for some reason, Windows Media Player doesn't recognise the format enough to put on my MP3 player!

I did enjot AIOTM at first but for me it's become a bit tiresome & self indulgent.

But then I'm not always a fan of gross out Humour.
My advice is don't be eating an IceCream when you're listening to a dsicussion about Cumpkins

I only learnt last week that he was one of the creators of Alan Partridge.

Yes. I believe it's a rather sore subject!

Oh, I didn't know this. Why is it such a sore subject? I assume he was cut out of the Partridge circle as he's not credited on any recent TV series.
