My first thought: self-portrait. Not sure why I think that.

Whenever I sketch - no, sketch implies ability to draw. Whenever I clumsily doodle faces, whether they be male, female or animal, they invariably end up containing an element of self-portraiture. Usually unintentionally.

I'm now looking at your avatar in an entirely different light.

Nice drawing, Nat.

I used to do a bit of illustration myself in years gone by - now my artistic endeavours are limited to the odd plasticine model when I can be arsed.

Although I do make a special effort every Halloween to carve a cool pumpkin. This was last year's.

Lee, that pumpkin is super cool!

Half right. Whenever I draw women (unless I'm drawing someone specific) I'm drawing a version of myself. Because it's the ladyface I see most, they're the features I instinctively draw. So my lady pictures tend come out as a much prettier version of myself! Always my nose and mouth.

Did you draw your zebra avatar, Nat?

Yass. He's a Zonkey.

Nice.

:D

Mine was super easy to do. It was drawn on paper with a sharpie. I took a picture and played with the contrast and brightness, and then set it to black and white only, then filled in the spaces with MS paint! About 20 minutes work. Win !

Wait, you changed your post!

I saw it!
He was eating a tiny green man.

Wow Nat, you drew that? That is fantastic.

Thanks BF :)

I had to, having earlier claimed that any of my feeble drawings (even of anthropomorphic animals in mauve millinery) in some way resemble me; as that creature I posted looked completely retarded.

I assumed it was a self portrait.
