The Inbetweeners - Series 3 Page 20

In the end I actually rather liked his pink cardigan and bowtie.
Not with the shorts though.

I like mandigans.

Are they bad actors? I have never noticed.

I also don't enjoy some of the performances, although I always laugh most at/with the character Simon, so I think Joe Thomas must be the best comedy actor there. Also Tara is a great straight 'man'.

Enjoyed this episode loads.

I usually love this show and I found this episode very funny (particularly Jay on the bike and some of the voice over) but I keep being niggled by some of the storylines this series.

Lol :D

The best in the third series so far for me last night. Very funny stuff. I'm now without a telly so I don't have to buy a TV license in Uni, so I'm watching all my telly through the internet (BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, 40Detc), so watched it online. Don't understand Will though, despite her being tall, she was a very nice girl.
GILBERT!!!

She was thick and dull. I'm sure he would have been able to put up with her height if she had an almost interesting personality.

Sloppy level of writing?
I do like it when amateurs critique successful TV writers... ;)

It's easier to point stuff out than it is to do it better. Just because I probably couldn't do any better doesn't mean I'm wrong. :)

But you are though ;)

But amateurs have be critiquing for years! Look at the Radio Times and Points of View. A lot of amateurs make good points about continuity for instance (which can never be completely fixed of course) or how it might insult people (which is probably the Daily Mail way of looking at things. But the amateurs are your audience. If they don't believe in the show, or enough of them don't, you're buggered...

But guaranteed sexual action! Very few teenage boys, especially so quickly, would have passed up on that just because she was thick and dull. I think even Will would have hung on a bit longer. Maybe.

It was just the way it was worded. Sounded particularly patronising, and therefore amusing.

(I'm sure I do the same myself, often.)
