Oh bugger.
Best case I can recover 90% of the build files and have to rerender all the sections again will take 3-4 days. Worse case, I can't recover anything. Joy!

Just entered a writing contest for NPR. No fantastic payout, just some signed copies of books and having some major swanky author read it on the air.
Had a good weekend. Went out for a meal with all my old friends, and spent time with my family (including lots of Guitar Hero World Tour. I'm surprisingly good at the drums). Whee! My throat hurts a bit from all the singing. Two days til next gig- I'd better not have f**ked my voice.
Weird, I just spent the day playing Guitar Hero with my family too. Turns out I'm great at everything - yawn!
Well I'm okay at the guitar, and pretty good at the drums and awesome at the singing.
My dad thinks he's amazing at singing. His rendition of "Hotel California" is breathtaking, but not in a good way.
I AM DISTRAUGHT. Watching MM's Comedy Roadshow and he just did a bit that I was going to do in my next set! What a horrible, painful coincidence. My 'bit' is longer and I think really good, but I never be able to to it now.
I'm sure I'll get this lots in the future, and I'll have to get used to it. I'm just lucky that I saw the show before I did the bit. Can you imagine an open mic doing a very similar routine to one that Mickael McIntyre did on prime time TV less than a week ago? I'd be hung.
Oh Nat.
Have a cuppa and a biccy just to relax a bit, and I'm sure you'll come up with something even better. Be glad that you came up with something similar - MM is ace!
Robyn just used the new epilator her mum bought, and was terrified after Ellie's stories about hers, but it was actually okay!

Haha! You should sneakily tape him.

Reeeeally? Mine killed me. I only did an ankle.
My friend was here once when he did it, and laughed uncontrollably. Said friend then did a hilarious Stone Roses impression, however.

I don't think it's bad at all! It has different speeds, and a shaver head attachment bit if it gets too unbearable to use the epilator itself. I've waxed before, and it's no way as bad as that.

The 10 second thing he did about the automatic lights in toilet cubicals. But his was just that as a joke with some funny arm movements, and mine was that situation as the premise for about 4 good gags in a sort of anecdotal fashion. Er, it's better than it sounds?
Wonders why, despite the fact she is almost seventeen and quite slight, my daughter has yet to learn not to move like she is a Panzer tank divison in a rush.
It's difficuuult.

Heh! You could probably use it again in a while. I suppose in the same week as a similarish thing was on TV might not be ideal.
But it sounds different enough not to abandon forever.
