As in turkey and pigs-in-blankets?
Saw a notice on the door of a Chinese takeaway today. Outside of the Chinese takeaway it has a step, now, this is the thing.
On the notice, which was written in felt tip pen and stuck on the glass door with selotape, it said!
'Disable access (not Disabled access) Disable access, Please tap window for assistance...Will take order at door!'
Unbelievable! (funny though)
Just finished watching Dustbin Baby here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00g8g80
Not the type of thing I'd normally watch (it's a BBC teen drama thing) but what a brilliant, captivating, emotional story it is. THREE times I had to stop the film and - ahem - blow my nose.
And so to bed.
Quote: SlagA @ September 21 2010, 10:29 PM BSTJust noticed my book, Big Bang, is at #3 on Amazon's Techno thriller charts for the Kindle Reader and is outselling Tom Clancy and Ken Follett, and giving Poul Anderson a run for his money too.
If only the paperback version was selling so well
My paperback copy just arrived. I'll give it a read this weekend if I'm not coerced into doing more naughty things.
That looks different from my one.

I'm here!
I'm at my parents' house so you'll see a little less of me than my usual 8000 posts a day this weekend.
I'm cold. Played loads of Guitar Hero World Tour with my brother, his girlfriend and my mother. That was deeply entertaining.

Morning Gav! Time for breakfast and a cup 'o tea, methinks. Fancy a brew?

Wouldn't say no. I've been repairing computers all morning. Stupid machines lol!
I read that as raping computers. I definitely need a cuppa.
