I think it's pretty cool that people have been recognized for their good writing on here. Especially the BBC looking at a sitcom pilot! I suppose that's how I would class success, it shows you're going in the right direction 
As for experience, I haven't got any! Not really anyway, I've been writing properly as a hobby for a year now and all I've got to show for it is I got into the final round of the Ustinov Television Award. I'm still pretty proud tho

Yep, I know a few. We had Andrew Collins on when Not Going Out was on for a start.
