I've just seen... Page 53

Watched Lets Go To Prison the other night. Was okay. Silly but enjoyable- some really good characters.

I liked it. Very exciting. Especially the climatic jungle chase.

As usual. I think I'm on my todd on this one.

Just watching Bachelor Party (1984). Can't believe it's an 18, only been a bit of tit. I also can't believe how shit it is!!

Just rewatched the Onion News movie. Brilliant.

That hand-up just means Zooo knows the answer because she's far from the dullest. :) Sorry, but it's true.

Is it me? D:

Is it me? D:

No - I can empty a party at the end of a night, no problem.

Just watched "Sell Me The Answer", a gameshow on Sky with Gethin Jones hosting. Anyone seen it? I was literally agog at how terrible this show is. HOW did this get on TV? WHO is signing this excrement off?

Holy shit it's bad. Honest, don't even bother looking it up, YouTube makes it look a thousand better than it actually is. And on YouTube it looks shit. So basically it's a thousand times worse than shit.

It's fake too. I mean all gameshows are fake but this is faker than Jordan's tits (Pete and Alex). Sorry, crap joke. But not as crap as this show.

I found out it used to be a local radio comp that was picked up by Sky but I didn't want to dig further because of my burgeoning rage. I actually feel depressed. When it first starts up - and this is no exaggeration believe me - it looks like a f**king shopping channel advert with Gethin Jones skipping down a hastily cobbled-together set, high-fiving the zombie-like audience of whom there are (literally) about 20. I swear to Christ I genuinely thought he was about to selling a vegetable dicer or something. But no, this is a real gameshow!

Okay reading that back I thought "Is it really that bad?" Yes. Yes it is. And what you have to remember is it cost hundreds of thousands of pounds to make.

I tell you, God bless the BB of C because should the licence fee ever disappear, this is the sort of bumfudge that'd be served to us daily, hot and steaming and dripping down our telly screens.

All TV quizes except the fake ones are shite.

A dated mean format.

But people like them so I suppose they deserve to get what they want.

God help us if they only broadcast what I liked?

That said does Sky produce anything of quality or is it just a massively budgeted parasite? (and no I don't count those drear Pratchett adaptations they were dull)

Just rewatched the Onion News movie. Brilliant.

I really enjoyed that too. Shame its release was delayed for so long. Highlight for me was the guy who kept trying to upgrade to the latest release computer, only to discover it was immediately obsolete after purchase. And the sportsman who blamed God for his team's loss. And - something else, will have to dig it out and re-watch. Oh! The cat cooking segment near the end! Excellent.
