I usually just find a smallish cup and use that. DaButt's right- it's volume, not weight. More likely to be 250ml?

Well I'm just saying is all. I don't find it that hard to look at the conversion rate when not wanting to use cup measurements. I understand the volume / weight issue but in my recipe apart from the oil, it is all weight measurements. Jeez!

They look very nice, my mrs bakes a lot of cakes cos she thinks we enjoy them, but we're quietly selling them off behind her back as an alternative to dry stone walling
