Hiring Two Comedy Writers for TV Show
Posted on September 17, 2010 by davelevinson

We're looking to hire two comedy writers (or teams) for a TV show. We're interviewing writers with and without representation, so having an agent is not a requirement. Experience is great, but not necessary.

We're looking for writers with strong comedy skills, a young sensibility, and the willingness to commit to the job and work hard. This is a full-time position. Please don't reply to this posting unless:

* You are 18 years old or older.
* You either live in the Los Angeles area, or are willing to move to Los Angeles right away.
* You have writing samples (written by you alone) that you're willing to submit.
* You have good references (all references will be verified).
* You are looking for a FULL-time job, and are willing to work long hours.
* If you meet all the above criteria and are interested, email us at hiringtwocomedywriters@gmail.com

Well, I don't like the order if I'm honest. How about...

Tuumble?

It does at least use a 'T' from Sooty. ;)

a young sensibility...

What exactly is a young sensibility? Do they just put that because they can't put young? It seems so.

How about...Sootuuble

The Sootyj and minion show

The overpaid Sootyj and minion show probably. Bloody overpaid Yanks. Forgotten their roots, forgotten the rainy cities, the drabness of suburbia...

Can we raise funds to bring them back?

Didn't know I'd gone anywhere, but if you want to give me some money feel free!

That was a short trip, Sootyj. Just predicting your future life, that's all...

More likely to include a rainy sunday, HomeBase, and armed police.

Can anyone tell me if 'LA' refers to Luton Airport?
