I've just fainted for the first time in my life and have wacked my head and back against my bookcase. Don't know if I should be concerned or not.

There's normally a reason why one faints. Go to your GP. Otherwise it may happen next time you're behind the wheel.

Not really concerned about the fainting (I think I got up too fast and the blood rushed to my head), what's worrying me is that my head took a bit of a bang and that can have very dangerous after effects.
