Grandma's House - Series 1 Page 42

Oh I think it's at least in the back of all writers' minds, personally. If your baby gets commissioned and aired that means it's in the mix for all the top gongs and usually only has a dozen or so shows as competition in its category. Even nominations can make a career. I'll stick with my assessment of writers, no offence.

Your favourite - Yes I can imagine some really liking it, but I do see it as another 'marmite' sitcom.

I really enjoyed that, hope there's a second series.

You saw this and Inbetweeners? Are you getting exclusive preview discs! Or just flicking between two televisions!

I hope Clive returns if there is a second run.

I really enjoyed it. Thanks V+.

Is that your romantic name for Aaron?

They certainly managed to turn around a slow starting, wobbly looking vanity piece into something quite entertaining by the end. It has a charm, definitely. I don't like the concept but the way they've handled it has impressed me, especially the storyline with Clive. The last episode of the series sort of said 'watch this space'. Obviously they must know a second series will be coming, which I think it probably deserves, against my initial wishes.

Yes in the end I came to rather enjoy this.

What a shame it is all over.
I really enjoyed this.

Only watched the first episode and that was enough. Just didn't like Amstell acting with a permanent smirk on his face. And didn't care about any characters. Glad it got better though.

Bit of a rip off of Curb, only because of the line blur between reality and fiction. But Amstell has made up a bit for the poor last series of Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Taking the piss out of himself will always work in his favour. I hear second series calling.
