That's what I was going to suggest. Set up a paypal donation page and we shall all put in £1 to the whiteboard fund!

You can get just a plain A3 one for about a tenner, but it'd have to be propped up on a wall or held up.

I liked the previous pub, it may have been a bit of a tight squeeze, but I think there were more attendees last time?

It's not so much being embarressed playing pictionary in the middle of a pub, but the other people in the pub might be a bit pissed at us being all loud and hilarious.

Without a reserved area it would be difficult for new meeters-up to find the right mob.

I don't see much of a problem with it in the first place, to be honest, but it must be touch to sort out. Everyone just asks when the next one is and then complains about things!

I'm not sure that one phone call is "working really hard".

Sad to say, but I can officially be counted not attending. I will be having a bunch of tests done the day before, but I am one step closer to attending some day. I have my passport and the money for the trip!!!! So, someday...
